FIXED HTML5 SDK 2.x - separated the clickthrough URL from the tracking

Released 2015/08/20

Previously, clickthrough events would combine the linking URL and tracking information in one response. This would first send the tracking information to Pulse, and afterwards the viewer would be redirected to the clickthrough URL.

This behaviour is now fixed by separating the clickthrough URL from the tracking information. The viewer is sent directly to the linked URL, and all developer error messages about duplicate tracking and missing clickthrough information have disappeared.

WARNING! Integrations using the HTML5 SDK 2.x which did not track clickthrough events separately before, have to update their integration to add this tracking.
