Backlot displays "Unable to contact server..." message

Backlot Web uses the browser's local storage to handle big file upload. Sometimes depending on the client's network, the storage could break and end up displaying the "Unable to contact server..." message, preventing Backlot to work as expected.

In order to restore the communications and the correct Backlot's behavior,
please follow the steps below:

1. Chrome Browser

1.1) Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
1.2) Select Settings.
1.3) Click Show advanced settings.
1.4) In the "Privacy" section, click the Content settings button.
1.5) In the "Cookies" section, click the All cookies and site data
1.6) Search the word backlot
1.7) Click on the delete button of the shown items (x)
1.8) Refresh the Backlot page

2. Firefox

2.1) Click the Firefox menu in the browser toolbar
2.2) Click Preferences
2.3) Click Privacy
2.4) Select Use custom settings for history from the "Firefox will" select box
2.5) Select Show cookies
2.6) Search the word backlot
2.7) Select all shown items
2.8) Click Remove All Cookies

3. Safari

3.1) Click the Safari menu
3.2) Click Preferences
3.4) Click Privacy
3.5) Click Details...
3.6) Search the word backlot
3.7) Select all shown items
3.8) Click Remove All Cookies
