v4 player serving mixed content (http/https)

I’m trying to embed videos using a v4 player, but it is failing due to mixed content. I found this very unhelpful thread where you seem to be solving the issue an an account-by-account basis: http://community.ooyala.com/t5/Developers-Forum/v4-player-seving-mixed-content-http-https/m-p/9193/h...

Please allow me to get my videos via https. An example embed code:

<script src="//player.ooyala.com/core/10ef85cd194c4ca7a9a9b3d7945b99ca"></script>
<div id='container' ></div>
<script>
var playerParam = {
'autoplay':false,
'loop':false
};
OO.ready(function() {window.pp = OO.Player.create('container', 'NtYzA1YzE6LIPxN9LlMYG5E5D0UxTEvJ', playerParam);});
</script>

Re: v4 player serving mixed content (http/https)

Hi keithjgrant

You are correct. we need to do this at an account level. I have made the change in your account.

Please let me know if the mixed content has been resolved if not I believe we will need to dig deeper and we will require a support case to be submitted

Thanks
