Adding pingback URL fails

ISSUE:

 

You are a Backlot manager trying to add a new pingback URL and to the ACCOUNT/developers tab and after logging out it disappears.

 

While administrators have unrestricted rights to view and modify account information, there are certain restrictions for managers. For more information, please visit the following link:

SOLUTION:

 

You may ask any account administrator to change the ping URL whenever required. If you need to change the permissions for your login, please check with your customer success manager.
