We’d like your help. We’re working to improve the usability of our Support Center; we want to make it easier for users to quickly find relevant documentation. To help us improve the Support Center experience, we’re inviting users like you to participate in a quick, simple and fun activity. As a “thank you” for your help, the first 100 participants to complete the activity will receive a $15 Amazon gift card and the next 400 participants will receive a $5 gift card to GameStop. The activity will launch 12/1 and will be active for 3 weeks (closing on 12/15).
Here’s how it works: Using a usability tool called OptimalSort, we’ve designed a card sorting activity. The activity asks you to look at a list of real topic titles from the Support Center documentation and group them together in ways that make the most sense to you. This will take about 15 minutes to complete. It’s your chance to show us how you’d organize Support Center documentation if you could design it yourself!
