New Customer Portal Feature - Adding Case Watchers

Hi folks,

I am happy to announce that we have just added a helpful feature to our Customer Portal. When creating a new case, or at any point during an open support case, you now have the option of adding "Watchers".

 

This new feature allows you to add or delete email addresses of other stakeholders to the case. Everyone listed as a "Watcher" will be notified when a new comments are added or a status change with the case.

Using this new feature is a great way to keep your team informed on what is happening on open cases. No need to worry when your are out of the office or on vacation, knowing that others on your team will be getting the latest case updates.
Please note that although anyone can be added as a watcher, you will need to have a Customer Portal login to replay to case comments.
