Below are 2 different video links for comparision where video #1 plays in a bigger frame with nice resolution and video #2 plays in a small frame which when enlarged becomes blurry. Please note that our site requires video #2 to be played in full screen but the quality is compromised in doing so. Could you tell me if it's due to the video format difference and if so, what can I do to make video #2 play in a good resolution ?
video #1 - .m4v format
video #2 - .mov format

Thanks for contacting us, my name is Marco Antonio and I'll be helping you.
I have analyzed the source file of the two videos and both of them were uploaded with a big size and quality. I'm guessing that this is happening because you are using these direct URLs which are pointing to specific streams and sizes. So, I reviewed and you have many available streams and sizes on your Processing Profile.
I would recommend to not use direct URLs and allow the Player to perform an adaptive bitrate (ABR) to choose the best quality based on the network connection, and also, to specify the size of the Player on its container (div).
If possible, and if it's not against your privacy policies, Could you please share an URL where we can check your implementation?
In case that this is not possible for you, I would suggest to go ahead and create a Support Case so you can share more details and one of my peers can check.
