Unable to upload the video

We are not able to upload the video using Backlot UI. It gets stuck at 0%.upload.png

Hello karuna,


Thank you for posting on our community forum, this could be an isolated issue with the browser please try the following steps:

1. Log out from backlog
2. Clear the Cookies and Cache from your browser, be sure to select "All time" or "from the beginning of time"
3. Once cookies and cache are cleared, quit your browser and re-open
4. Go to the link and click "Delete all Sites" and Confirm.
5. If you're using Chrome, clear local storage by doing the following in the Javascript console: window.localStorage.clear(); (it will return 'undefined')
6. Now, log in to your Backlot account and you should no longer have this problem.
