Your Backlot Account does not have permission to login.

Hi,

 

I'm Just wondering who I can contact to look at resolving the following error when I try to login to backlot.

 

"Your Backlot Account does not have permission to login. Please contact Ooyala Support."

 

I haven't use the account for someitme so it may be due to inactivity but I'm looking to use it again.
