Troubleshooting Tips for Individual Systems (Player)

We created this article to help troubleshoot issues that can arise from poor system performance, outdated Flash versions, or incorrect browser configurations.

Make sure to check the following when experiencing issues on a single/end user system.
 
  • An internet connection speed above 500 kbps for download. You can test your connection speed at http://www.speedtest.net.
  • Make sure JavaScript is enabled.
  • Your Browser(s) allow cookies.
  • Flash Player’s Hardware Accelerator feature disabled. (right click on player, select "Settings") as shown below.
