Hi. I have a question about working with vertical videos, on mobile devices
we need to have a video playing in fullscreen (vertical orientation) with no spaces around it (we currently have two black borders in all devices : iphone /android phone). The width of borders vary depending on the device (form factor).
On the forum we found that back in 2015 it was not feasible : http://community.ooyala.com/t5/Developers-Forum/Android-How-make-vertical-video-fit-screen-size/m-p/...
Is it feasible now ? How could we achieve it ( préco on source video , param to implement, etc).
Regards
Thomas

Hi Thomas,
-The two balck borders that you see, usually are because the source file contains it, the way you record the video.
-You can adapt the aspect ratio a little bit, but it will still depend on the source file.
Also are you trying this on sdk or web?
Thanks.
