V3 Player OO.Player.create Issue

I'm trying to use the V3 Player in my HTML5 file. Checking your documentation I uploaded a video to my Backlot account and put the code in my HTML file. Using the correct protocol and following everything correctly. When I open my HTML file in any web browser the video player appears there but the video never start, it is "Loading" forever. (All Black Image with with the "Loading circle in the middle")

Here is my code, that is pretty much the same that I found here in Ooyala Page.

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
<meta content="text/html;charset=utf-8" http-equiv="Content-Type">
<meta content="utf-8" http-equiv="encoding">
<script src='http://player.ooyala.com/v3/4b6c8d7e6d0427285a40f78039c9841'></script>
<title>Page Title</title>
</head>
<body>
<div id='ooyalaplayer' style='width:640px;height:360px'></div>
<script>OO.ready(function() { OO.Player.create('ooyalaplayer', 't4NTNhOTE6IGw2ya_K6YfyLzJxEemtFu', {"autoplay":true}); });</script>
</body>
</html>

Can someone help me with this please? what am I missing? Im using a trial acount but the adSet video that im using looks good in backlot.

Thanks

Re: V3 Player OO.Player.create Issue

Hello Edgar,

I have tried the code that you shared with us and the playback is working totally fine.

What I would recommend is to try to test this on a server. For example: Apache.

Running tests on your local machine could cause playback issues.

Best regards,

Kristina
